PBS "Market Warriors"

Market Warriors  TV show produced by Antiques Roadshow is scheduled to film our June whole town yard sale. The whole Town of Bridgewater has had this yard sale for about 20 years. Residents set there goods out on their front lawns with price tags and junior or gramma with the cash box and
mayham begins. Its a very crowed event so I ride my bike around all the streest checking for what I
need , pay for it and come back later with my truck to pick it up. It is CRAZY FUN ! Come on out
and enjoy the fun ......

Summer almost over ?

Come on out to Bridgewater Inn and Cottage before fall is here. Summer is about to end. Relax ,refresh and redefine here ! Lovely views, flowers ,wineries, events and a slower pace of life here. Got the fencing repaired, painted and gates rebuilt, some new plants added to the B&B's 3/4 acre yard. Come on out sit in the Barn /yard, eat or have a meal delivered by Francessco's restaurant at the corner. Walk to the river and see its falls at Wildwood Park, bike around town (our bikes in the Barn), play 9 hole golf down the street (your clubs), enjoy our National Parks, civil war sites, or just lazy around small town USA - Bridgewater, Va.

What Winter ... Spring is here !

Flowers are poping there green tops out and some Dafodills are out already. Come on out March/ April for a real show of tulips and spring flowers !

Bridgewater College RETIREMENT !

YES....as of Jan. 1 ,2012 I will be an B&B Innkeeper only. After nine (9) years full time work and
morning and evening B&B work, I might sleep in till 6 am !
